PRICING
We offer the following Bar Packages to make it easier for you to plan your event. We hope you will find what you are looking for within one of these packages, but if not, let’s chat! We can mix and match and customize them to exactly how you want it!
Open Bar
We provide everything (liquor included) required for an “open bar” feel at your event that is complimentary for your guests.
- Beer only: Starts at $16/guest
- Beer/Wine only: Starts at $18/guest
- Beer/Wine/Cocktail(s): Starts at $20/guest
Based on the number of guests, there is a flat rate charged in addition to the above rates. This cost covers three hours of service. Additional hours available for purchase.
Per Consumption Bars
Not sure how many people will drink? The Per consumption package may be ideal for you as we tally each drink served and you are charged after the event ends.
- Flat rates apply + cost per servings (typically between $7-12, depending on selections)

Cash Bar/Drink Tickets
Cash Bars are ideal for events such as fundraisers, concerts, and other events where complimentary drinks are not wanted.
- Flat rates apply to book + your guests are charged for each serving
Drink Ticket Packages are ideal if you want a limited bar option that only provides a predetermined amount of servings.

- Bar consultation and menu planning
- Our awesome beer van
- Setup/cleanup at no additional charge
- Beer, wine, and/or batched cocktail service.
- Experienced bartenders
- One signature cocktail (If cocktail service is selected. Additional cocktails available at an additional charge)
- All bar equipment
- Drinkware
- Ice for cocktails only

Pricing is determined by Bar Package selection, drink selections, number of guests, duration of event, and location (events outside of the Kansas City Metro may require additional transportation costs).
